In classical mechanics, you can define the accurate position and momentum and any other thing you want to measure independent of anything to the accuracy you want.

In quantum mechanics, you cannot accurately measure the position AND momentum SIMULTANEOUSLY with infinite accuracy, but you accuracy is limited. This phenomena known as the Heisenberg's uncertainty principle states that you cannot measure some values for the body/particle AT THE SAME TIME WITH with infinite accuracy.
