AC analysis in Orcad 10.5

can any one help me plz in the report
just to know

i tried to make the AC analysis ( question part f) but the analysis is not true and the sweeping part in AC analysis not run in a correct way

i dont know if the problem from the ORCAD or WINDOWS or mny :D but i tried it more than 20 times

but all in fain

first of all you should put VAC and with amplitude 1 Volt
it can be found in the libraries
and when you use the ac analysis set the start is 1 Hz not 0 Hz
and the end and the no of points and don't forget to make it logarithmic

I have tried to make it but the gain was zero until 1MHz
then from 1MHz to 3 MHz there was a gain but it was sharp and only reached the max at one point then began to fall back again.

is this what happened with u?

ok i do wat should i do yossef

i thought at first that the model of transistor is written in a wrong way

i copied wat written in the report on the transistor specification and get a result
i wrote it bnafsy :D and the result was different

the gain spectrum was as follow

in the first time thtet gain was 100 but het btatnd was small(decreased at 100 KHZ)
in the second time thae gain was 160 i see that is correct but the band is narrow :D


in AC sweep to get i/p o/p C/cs all gain is the same :D mhma al input change :D

ممكن يخلص في اقل من 3 ساعات لو بتركيز انا مشكلتي بس في ال ac analysis و تقريبا من حاجة مش واخد بالي منها مع اني عدت رسم الدايرة 20 مرة تقريبا و البونس فيه نفس المشكلة برده لحد دلوقتي
